There is no private parking at the property. Our guests usually park their cars on the public street right in front of the building or on the main road, which is only a one-minute walk away. Parking on the street is free of charge and there are no issues with police fines or restrictions.
Yes! Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property, including all rooms and shared areas.
Yes, every room is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay — even on the hottest summer days.
No, towels are not included in the accommodation.
Yes, clean bed linens and pillowcases are provided at the beginning of your stay. For stays longer than 6 nights, a fresh set is provided halfway through your stay, for self-changing at your convenience.
No, we do not provide daily cleaning in the rooms. Each room is delivered clean and fully prepared upon arrival. However, every room includes a mop & bucket, broom & dustpan, dish sponge and dish soap, so guests can clean as needed and whenever they prefer.

Yes! The property is just a 2-minute walk from the beach, perfect for easy access to swimming, sunbathing or evening walks by the sea.
Absolutely. There are three supermarkets just 10 meters away, located on the same block as the property. Restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, and a doctor’s office are all within a 2-minute walking distance.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. However, guests are welcome to smoke on balconies and outdoor areas.
