We’ve gathered the most common questions from our guests to help you plan your stay with confidence. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, feel free to contact us directly — we’re always happy to assist you!

1. Is there parking available at the property?

While we don't have private parking, there is plenty of free street parking right in front of the building or on the main road (just a 1-minute walk away). It is safe, free of charge and there are no issues with police fines or restrictions.

2. Is there free Wi-Fi?

Yes! Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property, including all rooms and shared areas.

3. Is there air conditioning in the room?

Yes, every room is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay — even on the hottest summer days.

4. Are towels included?

No, towels are not included in the accommodation.

5. Are bed linens and pillowcases provided and changed?

Yes, clean bed linens and pillowcases are provided at the beginning of your stay. For stays longer than 6 nights, a fresh set is provided halfway through your stay, for self-changing at your convenience.

6. Is there daily cleaning service?

No, we do not provide daily cleaning in the rooms. Each room is delivered clean and fully prepared upon arrival. However, every room includes a mop & bucket, broom & dustpan, dish sponge and dish soap, so guests can clean as needed and whenever they prefer.

7. What are the check-in and check-out times?

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM and onwards

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

If you wish to check in earlier or check out later, please contact us in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

8. Is the property close to the beach?

Yes! The property is just a 2-minute walk from the beach, perfect for easy access to swimming, sunbathing or evening walks by the sea.

9. Are there supermarkets, restaurants or cafés nearby?

Absolutely. There are three supermarkets just 10 meters away, located on the same block as the property. Restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, and a doctor’s office are all within a 2-minute walking distance.

10. Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. However, guests are welcome to smoke on balconies and outdoor areas.

11. Is the tap water safe to drink? 

Yes. The tap water in Nei Pori is perfectly safe and drinkable. It is sourced directly from the Mount Olympus springs, offering high quality and a refreshing taste. You can use it freely for drinking, cooking and making your coffee. 

12.  When are the official quiet hours?

To ensure a relaxing stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to keep noise levels to a minimum during the following official quiet hours:

• Afternoon: 15:00 – 17:30

• Night: 23:00 – 07:00
