Cleaning essentials (sponge, dish soap, broom, mop & bucket) are available in the room for your convenience. For your convenience, the room includes basic cleaning items, such as sponge, dishwashing liquid, broom & dustpan, mop & bucket, which are provided so you can maintain the space tidy and comfortable during your stay.

Parking Information

There is no private parking at the property. Our guests usually park their cars on the public street right in front of the building or on the main road, which is only a one-minute walk away. Parking on the street is free of charge and there are no issues with police fines or restrictions.

A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Full name and phone number are required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival (check-in).
Check-in: Between 15:00 – 22:00 | Check-out: Between 08:00 – 10:00.
Smoking is permitted only on balconies.
Baby cots and extra beds are not available.
Pets are allowed only upon request.
Quiet hours must be respected between 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
No private parking is available on-site.
Guests are responsible for the proper and safe use of the in-room kitchen.
Cooking safety: The room must be ventilated while cooking (turn off A/C, open windows).
The accommodation is not liable for any accidents caused by improper use of kitchen appliances or utensils by minors.
Damages & Extra Charges: Guests will be charged for:
